FFS Rolls

FFS (Form Fill and Seal) rolls are LDPE/LLDPE film with equal side gussets (folds) wounded in a roll form. They are used on a FFS machine where the rolls are loaded on the machine and the machine cuts, fills and heat seals the film at the desired length to make it into individual bags. These rolls are designed to save time as it prevents individual bag filling and handling. The rolls can be provided in different widths and diameter up to 1200mm. These rolls can be used for filling any form of material like granules, flakes, powder and paste etc. Custom print can be provided on the rolls which can be printed on the back and front face and on the side gussets of the film.
