Valve BagsValve bags are bags that are closed from
all sides with the only opening being a valve provided on the top side of the
bag. The valve is also made from the same material as the bag. A valve bag
filling mechanism something like a nozzle inserted in the filling valve is
required to fill the bag as manual filling can be time-consuming and tedious.
The valve can be of different colour or the same colour as the bag. The valve,
once the bag is filled can be folded and tucked in the pocket provided under
the valve on the bag, can be heat sealed with a small heat sealer or can be
closed with adhesive tape.
These bags can be used for filling any form of material like granules, flakes, powder and paste etc. These bags provide excellent dust free protection when packing. Custom print can be provided on the bag which can be printed on the back and the front face of the bag only. |
